Our business hours from Monday to Saturday is from 10 a.m until 5 p.m. Sunday and public holiday is from 10 a.m until 2 p.m.

Your cat must be healthy, fleas-free, neutered/spayed and must be vaccine updated.

You need to bring your cat updated vaccine card. They must be put in a suitable pet carrier so that our staff can easily handle them.

Your cat special dry food if you’re worried that they might get diarrhea or doesn’t want to eat.

Their stuffed toy/pillow/blanket or anything that can make them feel right at home. 

Their medicine/supplement. Our staff will not give them their oral/topical medicine/supplement if the cat is difficult to handle and harming the staff.

Yes, sure. You can visit us anytime you like during our business hours. 

We suggest you to vaccinate your cats at least a week before boarding. 

Our dry food is Royal Canin Fit 32 and litter is Fussie Cat brand.

Yes, we do. This applies when you board for more than 6 nights, you can get 7% discount for Fluffy Villa and Mellow Condo room. 10% discounts for Furry Suite room if more than 5 nights and above.

No, but if you insist we will not be responsible if anything happens to them whilst in our care. Board at your own risk.

No. If you wish to do grooming to your cat, an extra charges will be charged. But, we will not continue with the grooming if your cat is hard to handle and is harming our staff.

Not recommended. Our advise is you must make an appointment first before you came for grooming. 

Yes. But if you don’t want to vaccinate your cat/s, we will not be responsible if anything happens to them. Board at your own risk.

Unfortunately, no. Male cats that unneutered yet can be aggressive and wild rather than neutered male cats.

We don’t recommend you to send them to us. They might be stressed-out during boarding/grooming session and might harm our staff. Our staff and customer’s cat safety is our priority.
